基于技能大赛为载体的节能类专业建设探索 被引量:1

摘要 实践技能竞赛是大学生综合素质培养的重要途径之一,近年来,广东环境保护工程职业学院循环经济与低碳经济系通过组织学生参加各种大赛,以赛促学,以赛促教,以提升大学生实践创新能力和推动节能类专业教学模式改革。根据企业行业的人才需求,结合高职学生能力特点,探索实施"三元三级"的技能竞赛模式,以赛促学为教学抓手,修改人才培养方案,培养学生实践能力和就业竞争力,以满足就业市场需求。 Practical Skill and Ability Competition students. In recent years, School of Circular Economy is one of important ways to cultivate comprehensive university and Low-Carbon Economy in Guangdong Vocational College of Environmental Protection Engineering has engaged in organizing various competitions which enable to promote quality in both learning and teaching. Moreover, these competitions can foster students" innovation capabilities in practical and accelerate the reform of the teaching mode in majors that related to saving energy. In order to satisfy the demand of talents in all works, taking the characteristics of vocational students in senior high schools into consideration, this competition will apply "three-hierchical-layer" skill and ability competition mode which is on the basic of the teaching and learning principle to improve the quality of learning by holding competitions. It will also modify the talents cultivating project to improve students" practical and careering abilities.
