地方高校转型背景下应用型人才教育模式分析

近年来,为实现高等教育以及地方经济的更好发展,国家提出了一项重大战略,那就是地方高校转型发展。地方高校转型的目的在于培养社会以及企业所需的应用型人才,使高校教育能够服务于地方经济。在此背景下,应用型人才教育模式至关重要,文章将对其进行分析,并指出地方高校在应用型人才教育上存在的问题及解决措施,希望能够为地方高校应用型人才教育提供参考。

In recent years, in order to achieve better development of higher education and local economy, the country put forward a major strategy, that is, the transformation and of local colleges and universities. The purpose of the transformation of local colleges and universities is to cultivate the applied talents needed by the society and enterprises, so that higher education can serve the local economy. Under this background, the application mode of talent education is very important, this paper will analyze it, and point out the problems about the local colleges and universities in talents education problems ,and then this paper will point out some suggestions, hoping to provide a reference for applied talents in local universities education.
