摘要
近年来,研究生的招生规模在不断增大,在这种情况下传统的单一导师培养模式的不适应性日渐显露,这也对我国研究生群体的整体素质提高造成了严重的阻碍。为了改善这一问题,团队式导师培养模式应运而生。这种培养模式一方面是当前的一种客观需求,而另一方面通过团队式导师培养,更有利于研究生群体整体数量的提高。文章对基于团队的研究生培养模式进行了深入的探讨。
In recent years, graduate enrollment scale increasing, in this case the traditional single tutor training mode of inadaptability appears gradually, it is also good for the overall quality of the students improve caused serious obstacles. In order to improve this problem, the team mentor training model came into being. This training mode on the one hand is an objective demand, and on the other hand, through the team mentor training, more conducive to the overall number of graduate students. This paper discusses the construction of this model, especially in the aspects of academic exchange activities and system management.
