基于导师团队的研究生培养模式研究

近年来,研究生的招生规模在不断增大,在这种情况下传统的单一导师培养模式的不适应性日渐显露,这也对我国研究生群体的整体素质提高造成了严重的阻碍。为了改善这一问题,团队式导师培养模式应运而生。这种培养模式一方面是当前的一种客观需求,而另一方面通过团队式导师培养,更有利于研究生群体整体数量的提高。文章对基于团队的研究生培养模式进行了深入的探讨。
