《食品添加剂应用技术》高职课程开发与设计——基于工作过程系统化的实证研究

《食品添加剂应用技术》是食品营养与检测专业培养方案中为专业必修课,其内容涉及食品企业的加工、检验及新产品研发等多个岗位。因此,本研究根据本专业学生就业的企业类型,在合作企业中选择相应的工作任务并将其系统化成为相应的课程任务进行教学,经过3届学生的教学实践,教学效果明显提高。
