探讨乳腺叶状肿瘤的病理特点

Investigation of pathological characteristics in phyllodes tumor of the breast

目的研究分析临床中乳腺叶状肿瘤的病理特点。方法 11例乳腺叶状肿瘤患者,为其进行组织病理检查,对结果进行分析。结果 11例乳腺叶状肿瘤患者中4例核分裂象罕见,0~4个/10 HPF,为良性乳腺叶状肿瘤;6例核分裂象5~9个/10 HPF,为交界性乳腺叶状肿瘤;1例核分裂象≥10个/10 HPF,为恶性乳腺叶状肿瘤。结论对乳腺叶状肿瘤的病理特点进行分析有助于临床及时发现患者的疾病,结合各项检查结果来对患者进行综合判断,提供针对性治疗,保证治疗的效果,可以提升患者的治疗安全性和生活质量。

Objective To research and analyze pathological characteristics in phyllodes tumor of the breast. Methods Histopathology examination was taken by 11 patients with phyllodes tumor of the breast, and their outcomes were analyzed. Results Among 11 patients with phyllodes tumor of the breast, there were 4 cases with rare mitotic figure 0~4 /10 HPF as benign phyllodes tumor of the breast, 6 cases with mitotic figure 5~9/10 HPF as borderline phyllodes tumor of the breast, and 1 case with mitotic figure ≥ 10/10 HPF as malignant phyllodes tumor of the breast. Conclusion Analysis of pathological characteristics in phyllodes tumor of the breast is helpful for timely clinical discovery of disease. Combination of examination outcomes for comprehensive diagnosis and targeted therapy can guarantee curative effect and promote safety and quality of life in patients.
