探讨荧光造影技术在糖尿病视网膜病变诊治中的作用

Investigation of effect by fluorescein angiography in diagnosis and treatment of diabetic retinopathy

目的研究分析荧光造影技术应用于糖尿病视网膜病变的临床诊断效果。方法 190例视力问题糖尿病患者,均给予普通眼底检查及眼底荧光血管造影检查,对比两种检查方式的临床情况。结果普通眼底检查发现有129例(67.89%)患者存在视网膜病变,少于使用荧光造影检查的173例(91.05%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论荧光血管造影诊断应用于糖尿病视网膜病变的临床诊断效果突出,诊出率高,可以尽早确诊和治疗,临床中有重要应用价值。

Objective To research and analyze clinical diagnosis effect by fluorescein angiography for diabetic retinopathy. Methods A total of 190 diabetes patients with vision problems all received conventional fundus examination and fluorescence fundus angiography. Clinical conditions of the two groups were compared.Results Conventional fundus examination showed 129 cases（67.89%） with retinopathy, which was less than 173 cases（91.05%） shown by fluorescence fundus angiography. The difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of fluorescein angiography for diabetic retinopathy shows remarkable effect in clinical diagnosis and high diagnosis rate. This method can make quick and early diagnosis and treatment, and it contains important clinical application value.
