痔疮术后局部复方荆芥熏洗剂熏洗15例效果分析

Analysis of effect by local compound schizonepeta fumigation lotion in 15 fuming and washing treatment cases after hemorrhoids operation

目的探讨复方荆芥熏洗剂局部熏洗痔疮术后的临床疗效。方法 30例痔疮术后患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各15例。对照组采用生理盐水清洗及常规创面换药,治疗组则采用复方荆芥熏洗治疗。治疗1周后对比两组的疗效。结果治疗组治愈率80.0%与对照组73.3%比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗组术后第1~7天的疼痛指数及肛周水肿评分均低于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗组术后创面愈合时间短于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论复方荆芥熏洗治疗痔疮术后的临床疗效好,安全性好,是临床用于治疗痔疮术后的良好选择。

Objective To investigate clinical effect by local compound schizonepeta fumigation lotion in fuming and washing treatment after hemorrhoids operation. Methods A total of 30 patients after hemorrhoids operation were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 15 cases in each group. The control group received normal saline washing and conventional wound dressing, and the treatment group received compound schizonepeta fuming and washing treatment. Curative effects after 1 week were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference of cure rates between 80.0% in the treatment group and 73.3% in the control group（P〉0.05）. The treatment group had all lower pain index and perianal edema score in postoperative 1~7 d than the control group（P〈0.05）, and it also had shorter postoperative wound healing time than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of compound schizonepeta fuming and washing treatment after hemorrhoids operation shows excellent effect and good safety. It is a preferred selection in clinical treatment after hemorrhoids operation.
