血液透析患者与持续不卧床腹膜透析患者心绞痛发生率对比分析被引量：3

摘要目的对比分析血液透析患者(IHD)与持续不卧床腹膜透析患者(CAPD)心绞痛发生率。方法 50例血液透析患者作为IHD组,50例持续不卧床腹膜透析患者作为CAPD组,进行1年时间的病情监测。结果 IHD组患者收缩压和舒张压均高于CAPD组(P<0.05);IHD组患者9例患者发生心绞痛,发生率为18%,CAPD组患者2例发生心绞痛,发生率为4%,两组心绞痛发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IHD组患者心绞痛发生率高于CAPD组患者。
