盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗牙周炎的系统护理措施研究

Research of systematic nursing measures by minocycline hydrochloride ointment in the treatment of periodontitis

目的研究盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗牙周炎的系统护理措施。方法 40例牙周炎患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,各20例。对照组采取盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗并给予普通护理措施,试验组在对照组的基础上应用系统护理,比较两组患者的手术依从性、口腔健康依从性、复查依从性、干预后菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈出血指数(GBI)、牙龈附着丧失(AL)、牙周袋探诊深度(PD)的差异。结果试验组手术依从性为100%,口腔健康依从性95%,复查依从性95%,分别优于对照组的80%、85%、80%(P<0.05);试验组患者PLI、GBI、AL、PD优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统护理应用于盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗牙周炎中,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To research systematic nursing measures by minocycline hydrochloride ointment in the treatment of periodontitis. Methods A total of 40 patients with periodontitis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group received minocyclinehydrochloride ointment and general nursing measures, and the experimental group also received additional systematic nursing. Comparison was made on compliance in operation, oral health, reexamination, and plaque index（PLI）, gingival bleeding index（GBI）, attachment loss（AL）, probing depth（PD） after intervention between the two groups. Results The experimental group had all better operation compliance as 100%, oral health compliance as 95% and reexamination compliance as 95% than 80%, 85%, 80% in the control group（P〈0.05）. The experimental group also had better PLI, GBI, AL and PD than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of systematic nursing in treating periodontitis by minocycline hydrochloride ointment provides remarkably clinical effect. It is worth clinical promotion.Key words
