中医综合康复治疗颈源性头痛的临床观察

Clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for cervicogenic headache

目的观察中医综合康复治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效。方法 92例颈源性头痛患者,随机分为观察组(采用中医综合康复治疗)和对照组(采用常规推拿治疗),各46例。观察两组患者的疗效。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为97.8%,高于对照组的82.6%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.03,P<0.05)。结论采用中医综合康复治疗颈源性头痛临床效果显著。

Objective To observe clinical effect by traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for cervicogenic headache. Methods A total of 92 patients with cervicogenic headache were randomly divided into observation group（received traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive rehabilitation treatment） and control group（received conventional manipulation）, with 46 cases in each group. Curative effects of both groups were observed. Results After treatment, the observation group had higher total effective rate as 97.8% than 82.6% of the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（χ2=6.03, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive rehabilitation treatment shows remarkable clinical effect for cervicogenic headache.
