摘要
目的:观察超声心动图、心电图联合检测诊断心尖肥厚型心肌病的应用效果,分析其临床应用价值。方法:选取2013年9月-2015年6月于本院诊断治疗的心尖肥厚型心肌病患者105例作为研究对象,根据患者40~80岁之间每10岁划分一个年龄段分为4组,通过超声心动图检测患者的心尖部前壁、侧壁、下壁、间隔的心肌厚度,通过心电图检测TV_4、TV_3、TV_5、TI、Ta VL的倒置深度及RV_4、RV_3、RV_5的电压高度,另择同期于本院进行健康体检的非心尖肥厚型心肌病患者65例作为对照组,通过超声心动图检测并比较两组左室心尖部心肌厚度(AT)、左房前后径(LAD)、左室前后径(LVD)、室间隔厚度(IVS)、左室后壁厚度(LVPW)及左室射血分数(LVEF)情况。结果:不同年龄段心尖肥厚型心肌病患者心尖部前壁、侧壁、下壁、间隔的心肌厚度,TV_4、TV_3、TV_5、TI、Ta VL的倒置深度及RV_4、RV_3、RV_5的电压高度比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05);两组AT和LAD比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而两组LVD、IVS、LVPW及LVEF比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:超声心动图、心电图联合检测能够有效区分心尖肥厚型心肌病,应用效果显著,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective:To observe the application effect of the echocardiography and electrocardiogram combined detection in the diagnosis of apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and analyze its clinical application value. Method:From September 2013 to June 2015,105 cases of apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into four groups according to patients between 40~80 years of age every 10 years of division,the thickness of the anterior wall,lateral wall,inferior wall and septum of the patients were detected by echocardiography.Inversion depth of TV4,TV3,TV5,TI,TaVL and RV4, RV3,RV5 voltage height index were detected by electrocardiogram detection.In the same period,65 cases of non-cardiomyopathy in our hospital were selected as the control group,the AT,LAD,LVD,IVS,LVPW and LVEF indexes of two groups were detected and compared by echocardiography.Result:The thickness of myocardium in different ages of apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy patients with apical anterior wall,lateral wall,inferior wall, septum,TV4,TV3,TV5,voltage TI,TaVL and RV4,RV3,RV5 voltage height were not statistically significant (P〉0.05).The differences of AT and LAD in two groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05),LVD,IVS,LVPW and LVEF of two groups were not statistically significant differences(P〉0.05).Conclusion:Echocardiography and electrocardiogram cooperative detection can effective discrimination apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy,application effect is remarkable,which has certain clinical application value.
