国产伊曲康唑冲击疗法治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎疗效观察

Efficacy of Domestic Itraconazole Pulse Therapy in the Treatment of Malassezia Folliculitis

目的:探讨国产伊曲康唑冲击疗法治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎的疗效。方法:选取2014年5月-2016年1月本院门诊收治的马拉色菌毛囊炎患者161例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组81例和对照组80例。治疗组口服国产伊曲康唑0.2 g,2次/d,连用7 d,对照组口服伊曲康唑0.2 g,1次/d,连用14 d后改为2粒,1次/周;两组同时口服复方甘草酸苷片,2片,3次/d,连用12 d,外涂复方氯柳酊干燥后再涂曲安奈德益康唑乳膏,2次/d,连用14 d。1月为一疗程,连续3个疗程,观察治疗第1、3、6个月疗效、复发情况及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组治疗第1、3、6个月疗效及复发率均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:国产伊曲康唑冲击治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎安全有效,治疗有效率高、复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the curative effect of Domestic Itraconazole pulse therapy in the treatment of Malassezia folliculitis.Method：From May 2014 to January 2016,161 cases of Malassezia folliculitis in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into 81 cases of the treatment group and 80 cases of the control group.The treatment grouporal domestic Itraconazole 0.2,Bid ＆#215;7 d,the control group oral Itraconazole 0.2,qd＆#215;14 d,later changed to 2#,qw.Two groups were treated with Compound Glycyrrhizin tablets,2#,Tid＆#215;12 d,treated with Chlorine Compound Tincture dry and then painted Triamcinolone Acetonide Econazole cream,Bid＆#215;14 d.Monthly for a course of treatment,3 consecutive courses of treatment,the curative effect after treatment 1,3,6 months,recurrence and adverse reaction conditions of two grpups were observed. Result：The curative effect of treatment 1,3,6 months and recurrence rate in the treatment group were all better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in adverse reaction rate of two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Domestic Itraconazole pulse therapy in the treatment of Malassezia folliculitis is safe and effective,has advantage of high effective rate of treatment and low incidence of adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
