摘要 针对35CrMo合金钢材料的焊接工艺特点,研究该材料焊接热影响区的组织转变规律及不同焊接工艺参数对焊接性能的影响。试验结果表明:35CrMo合金钢有较大地淬硬倾向,焊接过程中应该采取防护措施,防止焊接冷裂纹的产生;预热温度必须大于120℃,并选用合理的焊接工艺。 According to the welding procedure characteristics of 35CrMo alloy steel, this paper studied the structural transformation rules of welding heat affected zone and the influence of different welding parameters on the welding performance. The experimental resuits showed that the 35CrMo alloy steel had great trend to harden, therefore the safeguard procedures should be taken to prevent the generation of welding cold crack in welding process; The preheating temperature must be higher than 120℃ and select reasonable weld- ing procedure.
