纳米制剂高效脱除冶炼污酸废水重金属技术的应用 被引量:1

摘要 铜铅锌冶炼生产中产生的污酸、废水中含有铜、铅、锌、镉、砷等重金属且浓度高、波动大、难以处理,传统处理工艺流程长、占地面积大,而且渣量大成本高。研究表明,纳米制剂对冶炼污酸、废水中的各种重金属脱除效果显著,可以实现重金属离子的深度脱除,处理后出水可以达到国家《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》(GB25466-2010),《铜、镍、钴工业污染物排放标准》(GB25467-2010),低于或接近《生活饮用水水源水质标准》(CJ3020-93)。 Copper, lead, zinc, cadmium, arsenic and other heavy metals in Copper, lead and zinc smelting waste acid, waste water, are high, volatile and difficult to deal with, the traditional processing technology is long, covers large area, large amount of slag and high cost. The study shows that the nano preparation has a significant effect on the removal of heavy metals from smelting waste acid and waste water, can realize the deep removal of heavy metal ions,after treatment, the effluent can meet the national standards:《Emission standard of pollutants for lead and zinc industry》( GB25466- 2010),《Emission standard of pollutants for copper,nickel,cobalt industry》(GB25467-2010),below or close to the standard:《Water Quality Standard for Drinking Water Sources》(CJ3020-93).
