摘要
针对某纯电动物流汽车动力总成的设计方案,以厂家提供的实体模型为研究对象,利用Hypermesh建立前处理模型并使用optistruct求解分析,分析了该动力总成的应力与变形结果,并对应力集中部位进行了判断。为该动力总成结构的后续优化与改进提供了理论依据。
According to the entity model provided by the manufacturer, the design of a certain Pure electric vehicle powertrain was evaluated. Hypermesh and Optistruct were used in pre-processing and analysis respectively. The results of stress and deformation were analyzed and the stress concentration parts were obtained, which provides the theoretical support for the subsequent optimization and improvement.
