悬浮式电容空间用三电平直流变换器拓扑研究 被引量:1

摘要 提出一种基于悬浮式电容空间用三电平直流变换器的拓扑,通过增加开关器件和电容箝位功能,降低了开关器件电压应力,有利于变换器工作在更高电压等级。同时给出DC/DC变换器升压和降压工作原理,实现了能量双向流动,并在此基础上完成了悬浮电容电压平衡控制策略,保证了输出电压稳定工作的同时箝位电容电压维持不变。最后搭建了悬浮电容DC/DC变换器实验平台,验证了拓扑的正确性和控制策略的有效性。 The topology of three-level direct current converter based on flying-capacitor in spacecraft is presented.Acc- ording to increasing the switch quantity and the capacitor clamped, the switch voltage stress is reduced to the benefit of promoting the direct current converter voltage class.With the explaining of the boost and buck working principle, direct current converter realizes the bidirectional energy flow.The strategy of flying-capacitor voltage balance is also done to make sure the stability of output direct current voltage and the clamped capacitor vohage.Finally,the experi- mental platform of flying-capacitor direct current converter is built to verify the effectiveness of the topology.
