摘要
为提高内置式永磁同步电机(IPMSM)控制性能,将直接转矩控制(DTC)与最大转矩电流比(MTPA)控制相结合,提出一种具有MTPA的IPMSM DTC方法。该方法采用MTPA控制和多项式插值方法建立了定子磁链与电机输出转矩之间的关系,可根据电机不同运行工况,动态调整定子磁链给定值。实验结果表明,所提控制方法在保持DTC快速动态响应性能的同时,可有效降低定子电流幅值,减小功率损耗,提高驱动系统运行效率。
In order to improve the control performance of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM) drives, a novel direct torque control(DTC) strategy of IPMSM with maximum torque per ampare(MTPA) is proposed.Based on MTPA control and polynomial approximation methods, the relationship between the stator flux linkage and output torque is established.Consequently,the stator flux linkage can be dynamically regulated according to different IPMSM operation conditions.Experimental results show that the proposed method effectively reduces the motor stator current amplitude and power losses, increases the efficiency while maintaining the fast dynamic response feature of the DTC.
