摘要
该文针对国内压铸企业仍依靠人工统计生产信息,数据庞大且信息滞后等问题,设计出一种基于嵌入式Linux系统及Qt_Embedded的数据采集监控系统。在数据采集的基础上,开发了友好的人机界面,增强了系统的可交互性。该系统优化了信息资源配置,提高了企业的管理水平,提高了企业生产效率和经济效益。
This paper aimed at the existing problem that the domestic die casting enterprises still rely on artificial statistical production information,which leads to huge data and lagging information,a data acquisition and monitoring system based on embedded Linux system and Qt_Embedded is presented. Based on the data acquisition,a friendly human-machine interface which can improve the interoperability of the system was developed. It is cleared that this system can optimize the allocation of information resources,improve the management level,and increase the production efficiency and economic benefit of the enterprises.
