摘要
该文在分析工业锅炉远程监测系统架构的基础上,提出监测终端设计技术要求。采用STM32F103 ARM微处理器、SIM900A无线模块、7寸串口触控屏、μC/OS-II嵌入式操作系统为软硬件核心,研制工业锅炉远程监测智能终端,以高性价比方式实现混合信号数据采集、GPRS无线透明传输、现场人机触控交互、串行通信、在线能效计算、远程配置管理等功能。开展了终端样机的试点应用,应用效果表明:所研制终端达到预定技术要求,稳定可靠,市场推广前景良好。
In order to innovate the energy saving and safety supervision of industrial boilers,an intelligent internet of things terminal for remote monitoring of industrial boilers was studied. Based on the analysis of the structure of industrial boiler remote monitoring system,the technical requirements for the design of the monitoring terminal were put forward. Using STM32F103 ARM microprocessor,SIM900 A wireless module,7 inch serial touch screen,and μC/OS-II embedded operating system as the core of software and hardware,an intelligent terminal for remote monitoring of industrial boilers was developed. The functions such as data acquisition for hybrid signal,GPRS wireless transparent transmission,field human-computer interaction,serial communication,online energy efficiency calculation,remote configuration management were realized with high performance to price ratio. Finally,the pilot application of the terminal prototype was carried out. Application results show that the developed terminal can achieve the predetermined technical requirements. It is stable and reliable,and has good market prospects.
