摘要
针对目前供电企业在调度应急处置预案编制方面存在的针对性、时效性和实用性不足的问题,基于电网脆弱性评估开发了省、地一体化调度应急预案管理系统。阐述了该系统的框架、功能、运行环境和硬件设计,介绍了其在西南某电网中的应用。
According to the problems existing in power grid enterprises when preparing emergency plan, developed an management system of dispatching emergency plan based on the vulnerability assessment of power grid. This paper has also described the framework, function, operating environment and hardware design of the system, and introduced the application in a power grid.
