介绍了大用户直购电在我国的发展历程,归纳总结出大用户直购电发展的探索阶段、试点阶段、发展完善阶段大致的划分依据及时间节点,并对试点阶段进行细化为个别试点、无序发展、徘徊发展和大面积试点阶段。梳理出各个时间段国家出台的有关大用户直购电的政策文件,概述了相关时段国内大用户直购电发展情况。并以贵州省为例,深入分析了贵州大用户直购电发展历程、实施情况及取得的效果。

The division basis and time node of development of the large consumers direct-purchase of electricity was summarized, it was divided into exploration stage, pilot stage and improving stage. And the pilot stage was reifned for individual pilot stage, disorderly development stage, wandering development stage and large-scale pilot stage. National policy documents for large consumers direct-purchase of electricity in the various time periods was teased out, and the development situation of domestic large consumers direct-purchase of electricity in the relevant period was overviewed. And taking Guizhou Province as an example, the development course, the implementation situation and the effect of the direct purchase of Guizhou large consumers direct-purchase of electricity was analyzed deeply.
