摘要 针对35 kV小型变电站无人值守化的实际需求,研制了一种用于小型变电站的巡检机器人。该巡检机器人采用磁轨导航方式,并通过RFID标签辅助定位。通过搭载的高清摄像机和红外成像仪获取变电站设备的外观照片和红外热像。该巡检机器人监控端位于供电公司,通过互联网通讯实现了对巡检机器人的远程运动控制和对变电站设备的外观和温度监控。最后设计了一种充电机构,实现了巡检机器人的自动充电功能。 For small 35 kV unmanned substations’ actual need, this paper develops an inspection robot for small substations. The inspection robot navigates by the magnetic track and positioning himself through the radio frequency identification technology. The inspection robot obtains an external view and infrared thermal image of substation equipment by carrying the HD cameras and infrared thermometer. The monitoring software is installed on the computer in the power company. Via the Internet communication, the monitoring software realizes the remote motion control of the inspection robot and the remote monitoring of the appearance and temperature of the equipment in substation. Finally, this paper achieves the automatic charging function of inspection robot by developing a charging mechanism.
