摘要
云电送粤直流通道、500 kV西部水电送出通道以及地区220 kV电网间形成了复杂的网络结构,在运行安全风险不断加大的同时,安全防线控制措施的设置也因网络的复杂性而存在实施效果欠佳的"失效"问题。本文对滇西南地区电网存在的安稳防控措施失效的问题进行分析,展现了复杂网络对电网运行安全的影响。
The complex network structure is formed between the 220kV, 500kV, and the area of the west of the cloud. The security risk is increasing, and the security of the security risk is also due to the complexity of the network. In this paper, the problem of the stability of the security control measures in the southwest of Yunnan Province is analyzed, and the inlfuence of the complex network on the operation safety of the power network is demonstrated.
