摘要
建立分级诊疗制度是解决群众"看病难、看病贵"的根本性措施,关系卫生改革的成败。通过对近几年我国分级诊疗制度建设不成功的诸多原因进行分析,认为收支两条线是关键,并结合实际提出对策。
Establishing a hierarchical diagnosis system is the fundamental measure to solve the difficulty and high cost of the crowd to see a doctor, which also relates to the success or failure of health reform. Through the analysis of reasons for the failure-construction of hierarchical diagnosis in recently years, two lines of income and expenditure are the key, and actual countermeasures are put forward.
