腮腺基底细胞瘤与多形性腺瘤的临床和超声特征分析

Clinical and ultrasonic features of parotid basal cell tumor and polymorphic adenoma

目的:探讨腮腺基底细胞瘤与多形性腺瘤的临床和超声特征。方法:回顾性分析经病理证实的两种腮腺肿瘤临床特征及术前超声声像图表现,进行差异性比较。结果:基底细胞瘤和多形性腺瘤均多发于女性,但两者在发病年龄≥50岁、发病位置位于左侧、最大径<3.0 cm、内部为混合型回声、可见液化、液化范围较大、血流信号较丰富的发生比率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :腮腺基底细胞瘤和多形性腺瘤在临床和超声表现上有一定的特征和差异性,掌握这些要点有利于两者的鉴别诊断。

Objective： To investigate the clinical and ultrasonic features of parotid basal cell tumor and polymorphie adenoma. Methods： Retrospective analysis of clinical features of two parotid tumors, parotid basal cell tumor and polymorphie adenoma confirmed by pathology and preoperative ultrasonography, were compared. Results： The incidence of both basal cell tumors and polymorphic adenomas of parotid is no different between female and male （P 〉 0.05）. However, compared to polymorphic adenoma, the percentages of the age of onset ≥ 50 years old, leftside involvement, maximum diameter of the lesion 〈 3 cm, mixed echo inside of the lesion, visible and larger area of liquefaction, and rich blood flow signals were significantly higher in parotid basal cell tumors. Conclusion： There are certain difference in terms of clinical and ultrasonographic features between parotid basal cell tumor and polymorphic adenoma,which are important to the differential diagnosis of the twos.
