铝电解惰性阳极用纳米铁氧体的合成 被引量:1

Synthesis of Nano Ferrites used as Matrix of Inert Anodes in Aluminum Electrolysis

摘要 以聚乙二醇为表面活性剂、NaOH为水解剂,采用水热法制备NiFe_2O_4纳米粉末,对其结构进行表征,并探讨反应温度、反应时间、反应pH对粉体物相和形貌的影响。在下述优化条件下成功制备了CoxNi(1-x)Fe_2O_4(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3)多元铁氧体材料:反应温度220℃、时间2h、pH=13.3。 NiFe2O4 nanopowder was synthesized by hydrothermal method with PEG as surfactant and NaOH as hydrolysis agent. Structure of nanopowder was characterized. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, and pH value on phase and morphology of nanopowder were investigated. CoxNi(1-x)Fe2O4 (x = 0,0. 1,0.2,0.3) nanopowder is prepared under the optimum conditions including reaction temperature of 220℃, reaction time of 2 h, and pH value of 13.3.
