摘要
教育势是教育领域不同事物间的关联和互动,并呈现出的内部潜能和相互作用的总和。它是教育深入人心且感化人的一种力量,是经由教育过程和活动所蓄积的潜能和效力的统一体。教育势包括外在信息势和内在情感势。教育势具有客观性、内隐性、层次性、持续性等特征,并按照差别联系原理、激发认同原理、动态生成原理和伺机突破原理运行。认识和遵循教育势的有关原理和规则,才能营造教育大势,建设教育强国,乃至成就绵延万世、广开太平的文化软实力。
The momentum of education is the objective reality in education, which refers to the association and interaction between different elements in the field of education, also presents the sum of the internal potential and external interaction. It is an educational power that goes deep into and influences the human heart and an intuitive model that people preferred to educational efficacy. Educational momentum includes two levels of contents: the external momentum of information and the internal momentum of feelings. With objectivity, implicitness, hierarchy, continuity and dynamism, educational momentum works with four principals including difference and connection, stimulation and identity, dynamic generation, opportunistic breakthrough. Only the laws and rules of educational momentum are realized and adhered to, can the powerful momentum of education will come into being in China.
