土地生产率视角下的中国土地适度规模经营——基于2010年全国农村固定观察点数据

The Moderate Scale Management of China 's Land under Perspective of Land Productivity:Based on Fixed Point Rural Survey( FPRS) Data of Year 2010

从土地生产率视角出发,利用2010年全国农村固定观察点数据实证检验了小麦、稻谷、玉米及大豆土地生产率与土地规模之间的关系。研究发现,从全国范围来看,小麦土地生产率与土地规模之间呈现出先升后降的倒"U"型,稻谷土地生产率与土地规模之间呈反向关系,玉米与大豆的土地生产率与土地规模之间可能存在线性的正向关系。对不同地区的比较分析结果表明,在中部与西部地区,小麦土地生产率与土地规模之间呈现出先升后降的倒"U"型;稻谷在中部与西部地区,土地生产率与土地规模之间存在反向关系,但是在东北地区,增加土地规模有助于提高稻谷的土地生产率;玉米在东部地区土地规模较小时,土地生产率较高,但是在西部与东北地区,增加土地规模有助于提高土地生产率;在东部与中部地区,大豆土地生产率与土地规模之间可能不存在特定关系,但是在西部与东北地区,两者呈现出正向的关系。

From the perspective of land productivity,this paper tested the relationship between land productivity( wheat,rice,corn and soybeans) and land size,and then discussed the returns to scale of the fourcrops by using year 2010 of the Fixed P oint Rural Survey( FP RS) data,Ministry of Agriculture. The main conclusion was: nationally,the relationship between land size of wheat and land productivity is inverse ‘U'shape. The relationship between land size of rice and land productivity may be negative,but corn and soybeans may have linear positive correlation. The results of comparative analysis for different region showed that: wheat in the central region and western region is relatively similar,and the relationship between land size and land productivity is inverse ‘U'shape. In the central and westernregions,the relationship between land size of rice and land productivity may be negative. However,increasing the land scale will help improve the land productivity of rice in the region of northeast. In the eastern China,the land productivity of corn is high when land scale is small. However,in the western and northeast regions,the increase of land scale can improve the land productivity of corn. In eastern and central regions,the land productivity of soybean and land size may not display a certain relation,while in the west and northeast China,the two has a positive relationship.
