Study on Countermeasures of the Pension Real Estate Development in Jilin Province

人口老龄化是全球许多国家正面临的问题,中国也正迈入老龄化社会,笔者根据地域特色,结合吉林省优势,认真研究了吉林省老龄化及吉林省养老地产现状,学习国内外典型的养老地产发展模式,针对吉林省养老地产提出对策研究.

The aging population is the problem which many countries around the world have been facing. Among them, China is entering the aging society, too. According to the regional characteristics, the author puts forward the strategies on the development of pension real estate in Jilin province through studying the age population and pen- sion real estate present situation of Jilin Province carefully as well as learning typical development model of pension real estate at home and abroad by combining with advantages of Jilin Province.
