BIM应用是我国建筑企业未来提高自身竞争力的重要手段,但是BIM在国内的应用起步较晚,还不够成熟,BIM应用的管控机制也不够完善和统一.本文在BIM应用的基础上,对BIM下业主方风险因素进行识别,并对相关的风险因素展开分析,提出了风险应对的防范措施,为业主在建设项目中选择BIM应用提供决策参考.

BIM application is an important means of China＇ s construction enterprises to improvetheir future competi- tiveness, but the application of BIM in domestic started late, still not mature enough, the application of BIM control mechanismsare not perfect and unified. In this paper, based on the application of BIM, identify the risk factors of proprietor and analyze the related risk factors, put forward theprecautionarymeasures to risk response, and provide decision -making referencefor proprietor in construction projects to choose BIM application.
