基于BIM的建设工程造价管理障碍及对策研究

Research on Obstacles and Strategies of the Cost Management in Construction Project by BIM Technology

随着信息化时代的到来,BIM技术在工程造价管理中的地位显得尤为重要.笔者通过BIM技术在工程造价管理中应用研究,分析目前建设工程造价管理过程中存在的问题,提出基于BIM的建设工程造价管理对策,为BIM技术在建筑工程造价领域快速推广应用,提供了一定的借鉴.

With the advent of the information age, BIM technology has become more and more important value in the engineering cost management. In order to solve the existing problems in the process of cost management of construc- tion project, BIM technology strategies in the construction cost management was studied in this paper. In addition, this paper also provided a certain reference value that the rapid application of BIM technology in construction engi- neering cost fields.
