囊胚形态对冻融单囊胚移植临床结局的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的 探讨囊胚形态对冻融单囊胚移植临床结局的影响,以便低质量囊胚更好地为临床所用。方法 回顾性分析2013年1-12月本生殖中心行冻融单囊胚移植(FET)的患者资料,高质量冻融单囊胚移植231例为A组,低质量冻融单囊胚移植154例为B组。B组按年龄再次分组:≤30岁为B1组(102例)、〉30岁且≤35岁为B2组(32例)、〉35岁为B3组(20例),对临床结局进行比较。结果 高质量与低质量冻融单囊胚移植患者的临床妊娠率(71.00%vs.42.86%)及出生率(54.55%vs.32.47%)有显著性差异(P〈0.05),而流产率和多胎妊娠率无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。不同年龄组的低质量冻融单囊胚移植患者的组间内膜厚度、妊娠率和流产率均无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论 质量差的囊胚移植妊娠率虽低但仍有机会。 Objective: To investigate the influence of blastocyst morphology on the clinical outcomes of single vitrified-warmed blastocyst transfer(SVBT). Methods: A retrospective analysis of SVBT cycles including 231 high-quality SVBT cycles(group A) and 154 low-quality SVBT cycles(group B)between January 2013 and December 2013 was performed. The patients were subdivided to group Bl(≤30 years,n= 102) ,B2(〉30 andS35 years,n=32) ,and B3(〉35 years,n=20). The clinical outcomes were compared among the groups. Results: The clinical pregnancy rate(71.00% vs. 42.86%)and live birth rate(54.55% vs. 32.47%) were significantly different between high-quality and low-quality SVBT groups(P〈0.05),while the early miscarriage rate,the multiple pregnancy rate were comparable between the groups(P〉0.05). There were no statistically differences in pregnancy rates, early miscarriage among the three groups with different ages (P〉0.05). Conclusions: Although the pregnancy rate is lower in low-quality blastocyst transfer,vitrified-warmed transfer still has a chance of pregnancy.
