生产性服务业与制造业协同集聚提升了城镇化水平吗

Have Co- agglomeration of Producer Services and Manufacturing Promote Urbanization Level?

产业协同集聚已成为优化产业布局、促进结构转型的重要手段。本文通过理论梳理发现,生产性服务业与制造业协同集聚不仅直接影响人口城镇化和经济城镇化,而且关联影响空间城镇化和社会城镇化,但这些影响存在经济发展阶段的差异性。进一步借助动态空间面板滞后模型发现:虽然我国生产性服务业与制造业协同集聚整体上促进了城镇化水平的提升,但协同集聚对城镇化建设的影响存在明显的地区差异;具体来说,生产性服务业与制造业协同集聚对西部地区城镇化水平的提升效果最为突出,对中部地区城镇化水平的提升作用则明显降低,而对东部地区城镇化水平的影响已由正转负,这意味着各大城市"双轮驱动"战略的实施应结合其地区差异而有所侧重。

Industrial Co- agglomeration has become an important means of optimization industrial distribution and promoting structural transformation. Through theoretical combing, we found that the co - agglomeration of producer services and manu- facturing not only directly affect population and economic urbanization, but also associated affect space and social urbanization, but these influences were different based on economic development stages. In order to empirically test, the paper further built dynamic spatial panel lag model. Test results found that although the co - agglomeration of producer services and manufacturing overall promoted urbanization level, but the effects on urbanization construction from co - agglomeration have clear regional differences. Specifically, the promotion effect on urbanization in western region from the co - agglomeration of producer services and manufacturing is most prominent, and the promotion effect on urbanization in central region was significantly decreased, and the impact on the urbanization level in the eastern region has shifted being negative. These results mean that the strategy of ＂two - wheel drive＂ in each city should be combined with its regional differences.
