“互联网+”与劳动生产率:基于中国制造业的实证研究 被引量:38

Internet Plus and Labor Productivity: An Empirical Study Based on China's Manufacturing Industry

摘要 互联网+的快速发展会对劳动生产率产生什么影响?从理论上看,互联网+可以降低交易成本、改造供应链和培养人力资本等。基于世界银行的中国企业调查数据,实证检验了互联网+对企业劳动生产率的影响。研究结果表明,企业互联网+显著地影响了中国制造企业的劳动生产率,而产业和地区的稳健性检验结果表明互联网+对劳动密集型产业的劳动生产率影响较小,对东部地区企业的劳动生产率影响较大。上述研究结论表明积极促进制造业的互联网+,但应该分行业和分地区采取不同的模式和措施。 What impacts the Internet plus on the labor productivity? Theoretically, the Internet can reduce transaction costs, transform the supply chain and training human capital, etc.. Based on the survey data of the world bank about Chinese enter- prises, empirical analysis the influence of Internet plus on enterprise productivity, the results show that the Internet affects Chinese manufacturing enterprise productivity, results of robustness test showed that Internet plus has smaller impact on the la- bor productivity to labor intensive industry, has the bigger impact on labor productivity of the Eastern region large enterprises. The study concluded that actively promote manufacturing Internet plus, different industry and regions should take different measures and modes.
