人才是福建建设"21世纪海上丝绸之路核心区"的关键要素与重要资源,建设"海丝核心区"目标的实现,对福建人才的数量与质量都提出了更高的要求。分析福建建设"21世纪海上丝绸之路核心区"的人才需求取向,以及人才供给方面具有的优势与不足,提出挖掘闽籍侨商资源、扩大民间人文交流、吸纳台湾高端产业人才、加大人才培养力度、文化与科技双管齐下、搭建新型人才载体等策略手段,为福建制定"21世纪海上丝绸之路核心区"建设的人才发展战略,提供理论与决策参考。

Talent is the key elements and the important resources of Fujian province to becoming ＂Core Area of the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road＂. Construction to achieve the goals of ＂The Core area of Maritime Silk Road＂, the quantity and quality of the talents are put forward higher require- ments. So it analyses the talent supply on the basis of the advantages and shortcomings of Fujian prov- ince, and puts forward the proposal that： mining the resources overseas Chinese businessmen, expan- ding the folk cultural exchange, absorbing Taiwan high-end industry talents, strengthening personnel training, combining culture and science and technology, setting up new talent strategy means such as carrier, and so on, which is to provide theoretical and decision-making reference for construction of ＂The Core area of Maritime Silk Road＂ of Fujian province＇ s talent development strategy.
