摘要
通过吸附方法将8-羟基喹啉植入云母层间,得到8-羟基喹啉缓蚀剂储存器,用红外光谱仪对缓蚀剂纳米储存器进行了结构表征,并将其添加到环氧涂料中得到复合改性涂层,研究了缓蚀剂溶液浓度对复合涂层防腐性能的影响,采用极化曲线与烟雾实验对复合涂层进行了防腐性能测试。实验结果表明,与云母/环氧树脂相比,缓蚀剂的植入可提高环氧涂料防腐能力,当8-羟基喹啉的浓度为26.67 g/L时,复合涂层的防腐效果最好。此时极化电流为5.061E-008Acm-2,耐中性盐雾能力最强。
A corrosion inhibitor storage was prepared through ion exchange process, using mica as a carrier and 8-hydroxyquinoline as a corrosion inhibitor. The structure of modified mica was analyzed using infrared spectrometer. Then the corrosion inhibitor storage was added in epoxy resin. The effect of corrosion inhibitor solution concentration on the anticorrosion was studied. Furthermore,the coating was tested by polarization curve and salt spray test. Comparing with unmodified epoxy resin coating,the modified coating had smaller polarization current( 5. 061E-008Acm-2) and higher ability of resistance to salt spray,especially at 26. 67 g/L concentration of corrosion inhibitor solution.
