多产中间馏分油型加氢裂化催化剂的研制及性能评价 被引量:1

摘要 本实验以Y分子筛为酸性组分,W-Ni为活性金属组分,采用等体积浸渍方法制备加氢裂化催化剂,采用BET吸附仪、XRD、压汞仪、强度仪等对催化剂进行物性表征,结果表明:催化剂具有丰富介孔,良好的金属分散性,较小的颗粒密度以及优异的强度。并通过评价装置评价催化剂的选择性和活性,结果表明:所制备催化剂具有良好的中间馏分油选择性,与参比剂相比选择性提高了4%,收率提高了2.6%。 Using Y zeolite as an acidic component and W-Ni as the active metal component,the hydrocracking catalyst was prepared by isovolumetric impregnation method in this experiment. The physicochemical properties of catalysts were characterized by BET adsorption apparatus,XRD( X-Ray Diffraction),mercury porosimetry,intensity meter and so on. The results show that the catalyst has concentrated pore size distribution and rich mesoporous,good metal dispersion,smaller particle density and excellent strength. Besides,The hydrocracking selectivity and activity were evaluated by catalyst evaluation unit. The results showed that the catalyst has a good selectivity for middle distillates. Compared with the reference catalyst,The selectivity and yield increase 4% and 2. 6% respectively.
