用重铬酸钾容量法测定有机质含量,对影响结果的不确定度进行量化分析,结果的不确定度来源主要有标准溶液标定、样品分取、滴定标准溶液等。最终计算得到测量结果的扩展不确定度:U=0.602%,k=2。

The organic matter content was measured by potassium dichromate volumetric method,then the uncertainty of measured results was analyzed quantitatively. There are several important sources of the uncertainty of measurement results,such as demarcation standard solution,divide sample,standard solution titration. The expanded uncertainty of measurement results were as follows： U = 0. 602%,k = 2.
