城市中水回用于锅炉补给水的处理工艺运行和分析 被引量:6

摘要 水资源短缺已成为制约火电厂建设与发展的瓶颈,城市中水回用于火电厂具有巨大的经济、社会和环境效益。湛江电力有限公司采用预处理-超滤-反渗透-离子交换的深度处理工艺处理中水用作锅炉补给水,其产水水量及水质可以达到火电厂锅炉补给水要求。但中水回用中出现了一些问题,结合中水水质特点,分析探讨了该工艺的实际运行情况和存在问题,并提出相应的解决方法。 Water shortage has become the bottleneck of the power plant construction and development. The reuse of municipal reclaimed water in thermal power plants has obvious economic,social and environmental benefits. For Zhanjiang Electric Power Co.,Ltd.,the reclaimed water was advanced treated by the process of pretreatment-ultra filtration-reverse osmosis-ion exchange for boiler make-up water. The water quantity and quality can meet the requirements of power plant boiler make-up water. But there were also some problems in reclaimed water reuse. Combined the characteristics of water quality,the practical operation and existing problems of the process were analyzed and discussed,and some responding solutions were provided.
