高淀粉马铃薯新品种‘宣薯5号’的选育

A New High Starch Potato Variety 'Xuanshu 5'

‘宣薯5号’是云南省宣威市马铃薯种薯研发中心与云南省农业科学院经济作物研究所合作育成的淀粉加工型马铃薯新品种。2001年以‘Vytok’作母本、‘387136.14’作父本经过有性杂交,2012年8月‘宣薯5号’通过云南省农作物品种审定委员会审定。该品种生育期112 d,长椭圆形,薯皮麻皮、浅黄,芽眼紫色且浅,薯肉白色。产量37 500 kg/hm^2,淀粉含量23.37%、蛋白质含量2.30%、维生素C含量23.30 mg/100g、还原糖含量0.14%、干物质含量29.10%。‘宣薯5号’适宜在云南、贵州、四川海拔2 000 m以上的山区、半山区春作区种植。

’Xuanshu 5’, a starch processing variety, was bred and developed by the Xuanwei Seed Potato Research and Development Center in collaboration with the Economical Crop Research Institute of Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences. In 2001, a cross was made using ’Vytok’ as female and ’387136.14’ as male, and in August 2012’Xuanshu 5’, which was derived from the cross, was approved for release by the Yunnan Crop Variety Approval Committee. It had 112 d of growth duration, with long oval tuber shape, rough light yellow skin, shallow purple eyes, and white flesh. It yielded 37 500 kg/ha, with tuber containing 23.37% of starch, 2.30% of protein, 23.30 mg/100 g of vitamin C,0.14% of reducing sugar and 29.10% of dry matter. ’Xuanshu 5’ is suitable for planting in spring cropping system in the mountainous and semi-mountainous area of Yunnan Province, Guizhou Province and Sichuan Province at 2 000 m or more above the sea level.
