摘要
L型门铰链是洗碗机常用的门铰链形式,以实现门体相对于机体的开合运动。本文首先提出了理想的门铰链表现效果,接着分析了机构受力状态,推导了门体重力和弹簧拉力对铰链轴力矩随开门角度变化分布的理论解。之后,文中画出了两种力矩曲线进行比较,并且进一步讨论了机构尺寸参数和弹簧参数对弹簧拉力矩分布曲线的影响。综上,本文为门铰链机构的设计提供了有意义的理论参考和可行方法。
The L type door hinge is usually used in dishwasher enabling the door to achieve opening and closing movement relatively to the body. Firstly, this paper proposes an ideal performance of the door hinge mechanism, and then makes the mechanics analysis to derive the theoretical expression of moment distribution of door gravity and spring tension on hinge axis with the door opening angle. Finally, two kinds of torque curve are drawn and compared with each other, and the influences of the size parameters and the spring parameters to the tension torque curve are further discussed. To sum up, this paper significantly provides a theoretical reference and a practical method for the design of the door hinge mechanism.
