插座插拔手感作为消费者对插座最直接的感知体验,是消费者选择插座的重要因素。因此对插座插拔手感的研究对插座整体性能有重要意义。本文对影响插座插拔手感的多项因素进行研究,重点分析了保护门、保护门弹簧、插套等关键因素,并结合保护门推开力测试、弹簧测试、插座插拔力测试等试验进行验证,得出相应结论,给出改善插拔手感的建议措施。

As a direct perception of consumers, the feeling of insertion and removal of the socket is an important factor in the choice of the socket. So the research on the feeling of insertion and removal of the socket is of great significance to the overall performance of the socket. In this paper, the factors that affect the feeling of insertion and removal of the socket are studied and analyzed. Among them, the key factors, such as the door, the spring, the plug bush are analyzed. And according to the protective door open force test, spring test, socket plugs test and other tests to verify the results of the analysis. According to the analysis and experiments, the corresponding conclusions are given. The suggestions for improving the plug and plug handle are given.
