早期护理干预对颅脑损伤患者的影响研究

The influence of early nursing intervention in patients with craniocerebral injury

目的探讨早期护理干预对颅脑损伤患者的影响,为颅脑损伤患者的护理提供临床经验。方法将70例颅脑损伤患者根据收治顺序单双号分为观察组和对照组,每组35例,对照组患者按照颅脑损伤常规护理方法进行护理,观察组患者采取早期护理干预措施,两组均干预一个月,对比观察两组干预前后Fugl-Meyer运动量表(FMA)、Barthel指数、简明精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分变化。结果干预后,两组FMA、Barthel指数、MMSE评分均较干预前显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后FMA、Barthel指数、MMSE评分分别为(88.62±8.76)、(72.64±8.26)、(33.63±5.51)分,显著高于对照组干预后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期护理干预可以显著改善颅脑损伤患者肢体运动功能、日常生活活动能力和认知功能。

Objective To explore the influence of early nursing intervention in patients with craniocerebral inju- ry. Methods 70 patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the craniocerebral in- jury treated in order, 35 cases in each group, patients in control group were with the craniocerebral injury patients with routine nursing methods for nursing, patients in observation group were with early nursing intervention meas- ures, both group were under intervention for a month, compared the Fugl - Meyer scale （FMA） scale, Barthel in- dex, concise mental state examination （MMSE） score changes between two groups before and after the interven- tion. Results After the intervention, FMA, Barthel index, MMSE score in two groups were significantly higher, compared with before, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） ; FMA, Barthel index, MMSE score were （ 88.62 ± 8.76）, （72.64 ± 8.26）, （ 33.63 ± 5.51 ） in observation group after the intervention, they were significantly higher than the control group after the intervention, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Early nursing intervention can significantly improve limb motor function in patients with craniocerebral iniurv, daily life activities ability and coznitive function.
