护理程序在介入放射科护士培训中的实践研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析介入放射科护士培训中行护理程序的临床效果。方法将我院介入放射科2011年1月~2015年2月接收新护士40例作为对象,行不同培训模式,即:基础培训模式(对照组)、护理程序模式(实验组),评估培训结果。结果实验组护士理论成绩、护理操作成绩均高于对照组,P〈0.05,有区别。结论临床将护理程序用于介入放射科护士培训中作用突出,可提高知识掌握度,值得学习。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of nursing procedure in the training of the nurses in interven- tional radiology department. Methods 40 cases of new nurses in our hospital from January 2011 - 2015 to Febru- ary received the new nurses as the object, the training mode, namely: the basic training model (control group) , the nursing process model (experimental group), to evaluate the training results. Results The results of the ex- perimental group of nursing theory, nursing operations were higher than the control group, P 〈 0.05, there is a difference. Results The clinical application of nursing procedures in the training of nurses in the Department of Radiology, and the effect of the nursing training, which can improve the degree of knowledge, it is worth learning.
