胺碘酮治疗心衰合并快速型心律失常患者的效果分析

Effect analysis of amiodarone in the treatment of heart failure with tachyarrhythmias

目的探讨胺碘酮对心衰合并快速型心律失常患者的临床治疗效果。方法选择2012年1月至2015年1月本院收治的心衰合并快速型心律失常患者173例,按照治疗方式差异,分为观察组97例(常规治疗联合胺碘酮),对照组76例(仅给予常规治疗)。对比分析两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应。结果治疗后观察组心率、收缩压和舒张压均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无严重不良反应发生,个别轻度不良反应经妥善处理均恢复正常。结论胺碘酮治疗心衰合并快速型心律失常能获得显著的治疗效果,安全有效,可在今后用药过程中酌情选用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of amiodarone in the treatment of heart failure with tach- yarrhythmias. Methods 173 cases of heart failure with tachyarrhythmias were chosen and divided into 97 cases in observation group, and 76 cases in control group. Results After treatment, the observation group＇ s heart rate, systolic and diastolic blood pressure were all better than control group （ P 〈 0.05）. There were no serious adverse events ; individual mild adverse reactions returned to normal after proper treatment. Conclusion The treatment of heart failure with tachyarrhythmias by amiodarone can get a significant treatment effect, it＇ s safe and effective and can be used in the future medication.
