氨甲环酸对人工全膝关节置换术后失血量控制的效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨氨甲环酸对人工全膝关节置换术后失血量的影响及作用。方法选取2012年9月至2015年10月于本院接受治疗的60例行人工全膝关节置换患者作为研究对象。随机将患者分为观察组(n=31)和对照组(n=29)。对照组患者在全膝关节置换术前静脉注射生理盐水,观察组患者静脉注射氨甲环酸,对比观察两组术后失血量及引流量等情况。结果观察组患者的围术期总失血量、隐形失血量和置换后引流量均明显低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的置换前血红蛋白水平无显著性差异(P>0.05),且两组患者双下肢经超声检查均未发现深静脉血栓形成。结论人工全膝关节置换术中采用静脉注射氨甲环酸能有效减少患者围术期的失血量,提高治愈效果,且无下肢深静脉血栓风险,值得临床推广使用。
