摘要
目的探索与优化我院门诊药房的工作流程。方法通过优化门诊药房的内部环境、药师工作流程及服务模式,完善和落实工作制度,开展科学化、规范化药学服务。结果门诊药房药师工作效率提高了25.00%,患者取药等候时间缩短了28.50%,患者取药满意度提高到100.00%,医疗事故发生率降至零。结论优化门诊药房的布局和工作流程可以提高患者满意度,保障患者用药安全。
Objective To explore and optimize the work flow of outpatient pharmacy in our hospital. Methods Through optimizing the internal environment of the outpatient pharmacy,the working process and service mode of the pharmacist,to improve and implement the work system,to carry out scientific and standardized pharmaceutical services. Results The work efficiency of outpatient pharmacy was improved by 25%,the waiting time of patients taking medicine was shortened by 28. 50%,the satisfaction of patients taking medicine was increased to 100%,the incidence of medical accident was reduced to zero. Conclusion Optimizing the layout and workflow of outpatient pharmacy can improve patients' satisfaction and ensure the safety of drug use.
