摘要
抽油机井系统效率是反映机采系统高效举升的综合指标,在各节点效率中杆柱对系统效率的影响仅次于抽油泵所产生的影响。通过理论计算与实际测试优化杆柱组合和杆柱长度对系统效率的影响,挖潜系统效率提升空间。现场试验10井次,系统效率平均提升1.8个百分点。
Pumping unit system efficiency is a comprehensive index to reflect effective lifting machine mining system. Pole impacting on system efficiency is rank only second to pump in the efficiency of each node. The system efficiency can be increased by the theoretical calculation and practical testing the effect of the optimization combination and the rod string length to the system efficiency. 10 wells have been tested at field.The system efficiency can be increase by 1.8%.
