摘要
油井系统效率不仅反映用电损耗,更是衡量整个抽油系统运行过程中的综合效率,是节能管理中必须重视的参数。油井系统效率的计算公式复杂,影响因素多,并且在各影响因素之间互相制约,互相影响。通过分析,明确各影响因素之间的关系,确定不同机型和泵型对系统效率的影响,总结出有功功率随着产液量的升高而升高;同时,随着动液面的加深,油井系统效率也升高,为选择合理泵型和机型提供依据。
The oil well system efficiency can reflect not only the power consumption, but also the comprehensive efficiency of the whole pumping system. It is a parameter that must be paid attention to in energy-saving management. The calculation formula for oil well system efficiency is complex, and there are many influence factors, and each influence factor is mutually restricted. Through the analysis, the relationship between various factors has been cleared, the effects of different models and the pump on the efficiency of the system has been determined. These results showed that the active power for oil well is increased with the increasing of liquid production, the system efficiency of the oil wells were also improving with the deepening of the dynamic liquid level and the basis for selecting pump type and model can be provided.
