摘要 抽油机悬点载荷具有波动性,所用电动机的负载也是交替变化,为了适应启动时大功率需要,抽油机配备的电动机功率较大;而正常运行时其负载较轻、运行效率低,造成能耗的浪费。为了降低机采能耗,近年来在抽油机上应用了较多的节能技术。针对现场应用较多的双速双功率电动机和变频控制柜两种技术,分别对其工作原理、节能特点、实际效果、具有的优势等方面进行分析与阐述。 The suspension point load of pumping unit is volatile and the motor load changes alternately. In order to meet the needs of startup, larger motor power is equipped with the pumping unit. However, lower operation efficiency during the normal running and lighter load can cause the energy waste. In order to reduce the energy-consumption for artificial-lift system, some energy-saving technologies have been used in oil pumping unit in recent years. Analyzed have been the working principle, energy-saving features, actual effects and advantages for double-speed motor and frequency conversion control cabinet.
